4、專利無效宣告或無效答辯，及其后續的復審請求、行政復議和訴訟；

     Patent invalidation, response and litigation;

5、專利PCT國際階段的申請和咨詢；

     Patent PCT application and consultation;

6、代理國外（包括香港、臺灣和澳門地區）的專利申請及其他專利事務；

     Representation of clients from abroad (including Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan) in patent application and other

      related cases;

7、其他應委托人要求而進行的專利事務。
